And any person making a purchase via the website, hereinafter referred to as " the Customer ".
Article 2 – Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the conditions under which the Seller offers the sale of its products to the Customer via its website.
Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 3 – Products
The products offered for sale are items made partly by hand , incorporating exclusive and protected designs by the artist Sqille .
The products are generally available in stock. However, some specific orders can be made at the Customer via the contact form, with a manufacturing time of up to two months.
Product photographs and descriptions are presented with the utmost care to accurately reflect the items offered.
However, due to the handcrafted nature of the products and the cutting of the fabrics, slight variations in color, pattern, or design placement may exist.
These variations do not constitute a defect and cannot give rise to a claim.
Article 4 – Orders
Orders are placed directly on the website for products in stock.
Specific or special orders must be requested in advance via the contact form .
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute with the Customer or failure to pay.
Article 5 – Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€) or in the currency applicable according to the Client.
Prices are inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery charges.
For international orders, particularly those destined for the United States, any customs fees and import taxes are included in the final price displayed at checkout, unless otherwise stated.
The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without such changes affecting orders already confirmed.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.
Payments are made exclusively by credit card via the secure Stripe payment platform .
The Client 's bank details are not stored by the Seller under any circumstances .
The order will only be processed after effective confirmation of payment.
Article 7 – Delivery

Deliveries are made to:

Delivery times
● Products in stock : estimated delivery time of 15 working days
● Special orders : delivery time can take up to 2 months
Delivery times are given as an indication only and may vary depending on the destination or circumstances beyond the Seller.
Carrier
Deliveries are handled by Colissimo.
Responsibility related to delivery
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.
In the event of a package being refused, unclaimed or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the Customer, the costs of reshipping or loss of the package will remain entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal and returns
The products offered by Boutique Coquelicot are personalized or made according to specific choices of the Customer.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products.
Consequently, no returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted, except in the case of a defective product or an error attributable to the Seller.
Article 9 – Intellectual Property
All elements present on the site (texts, photographs, visuals, creations, designs) are protected by intellectual property law.
The exclusive of the artist Sqille are protected.
Any reproduction, representation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Article 10 – Liability
The Seller cannot be held responsible:
● due to misuse of the products by the Customer,
● Delays or failures attributable to the carrier,
● indirect damages related to the use of the site or products.
Article 11 – Personal Data
The personal data collected is necessary for order processing and the business relationship.
They are neither sold nor transferred to third parties, except as required by law or technical obligations.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable resolution, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to:
